Brown (tory_brown@yahoo.com) ::A r c O n e:: Utopia's Falling "Konnichi wa! Atashi Takanera Moshi. I'm 15 years old and I'm almost finished with school for the summer at Juuban High, where I attend with my best friends, Mizuno Ami, Tsukino Usagi, Aino Minako and Kino Makoto. My other best friend, Hino Rei, attend T*A Private Girls high school. Also, Kaiou Michiru and Tenou Harkua now attend Juuban. I am the younger sister of Chiba Mamoru. Well, not really but we call each other nii-san and imouto-chan anyway! *winks* I am promised to marry, Tenchino Hoshi. Although he has been missing since our last battle with Nova, who hasn't died. It frustrates me that even as our super selves, we couldn't defeat that evil senshi. The main reason Imitar wanted to destroy me was he didn't want Crystal Tokyo to come into existence. I was the avatar needed to help create the city. Usagi couldn't have done it herself, it would have destroyed her. With my little extra boost of power, I helped the city build itself. Wow, me, little Moshi. Well I'm not so little anymore! I'm nearly as tall as Mako-chan! Well, I am still a bit sad, I haven't seen my star, Hoshi since that ill-fated battle......." * * * * Moshi took a little downtown tour of crystal Tokyo. She couldn't believe that it was her very power that helped to create this beautiful city made of pure crystal. Who would think that in a few small years, Mamoru and Usagi, would rule all that they see? Moshi was out that day with her best friend, Kino Makoto. They met up after school and cruised the downtown shops. To them it seemed as if no one noticed the new crystal city, as if it had always been part of their lives. "Makoto," Moshi started, her violet eyes staring off into some unknown space. "Hai?" Makoto answered, unsure of what her friend was thinking. "You know...I still can't believe, I helped to make this!" she responded, her voice squeaking slightly. Makoto smiled. "I can't believe we're almost the same height!" She laughed, it felt good not having to stare down at her friend. "I always said, some day I'll be as big as you!" Moshi laughed. She was still getting use to the fact that she wasn't as small as she was before. She managed to bump her head into the doorway every time she walked into her house. "I wonder if Mamoru-san will still call you midget?" Makoto stated, laughing at the idea of the tall man calling an equally tall woman a midget. They paused in front of a dress shop. Near the rear of the shop they spotted a woman with long green hair, marking away on a piece of fabric with a piece of chalk. The woman, sensing she was being watched, looked up and waved at the two girls. She stood up from her small chair and glided over to the door, opening it. The tiny gold bell chimed as it was pushed by the door. "Konnichi wa, Setsuna-san!" Moshi called out, beaming a large smile at Setsuna. Setsuna smiled, a rare sight seen. "Konnichi wa, Moshi-chan, Makoto-chan come in come in, what brings you girls around here today?" Makoto followed Moshi inside the dress shop. "We were just wandering around, doing some shopping. You know things we do on days we're bored," Makoto said as Moshi started to meander around the shop, ogling various dresses on the wire frames. Setsuna smiled again. "I'm a bit busy here, but if you hurry you just might catch Michiru and Haruka at the Crystal cafe." Moshi's ears perked, when she heard her friends names. "Mako-chan! let's go!!" She grabbed Makoto's arm and made a beeline for the door, over her shoulder she cried, "Matta ne, Setsuna san!!!!!!" "Matta ne, minna," Setsuna chuckled as she returned to her sewing. * * * * "Hi, what's your name?" Haruka said to a girl, who was starting to blush a rabid pink. She flustered and covered her face. Giggling, she ran back to her table where her friends sat. Michiru's sea green eyebrows knitted together. "Haruka," she said calmly as she stirred the straw in her shake. Haruka cracked a grin. "All I said was: 'Hi, what's your name?' Its not my fault she blushes when people talk to her." Haruka placed the most innocent expression ever on her face. Michiru, on the other hand, wasn't buying into it. She was about to speak when Hotaru piped up next to her. "Haruka-papa, there's Moshi and Makoto!" Moshi and Makoto entered the shop, both brimming with smiles. "Konnichi wa, Minna!" they both called out as the sat down at the tables. Haruka winked at Moshi. "Arigato for creating a cafe that finally makes good shakes!" She slurped noisily at the strawberry shake. Hotaru nodded as she slurped down her chocolate one. Moshi blushed. "Well, I try," she stammered. "Haruka.." Michiru chided. "You're scaring Moshi again.." Moshi blushed even wildly. "Nani, er no she's not scaring me.." Michiru wondered if Moshi was still getting adjusted to the type of relationship, she and Haruka had. The Inners didn't tell Moshi about them not for some time. Moshi pretty much found out on her own, when some time back, she actually asked Haruka out on a date. Moshi looked like she could crawl up under a rock and die when she told Moshi that Haruka was with her, and was a she. Michiru almost giggled when she remembered what Moshi actually said when she learned of Haruka's true gender. "You mean he has breasts!? ECCHI!" "Michiru-san, er...that is...when you have time. I would like to er," Moshi stammered as she knotted her fingers. "Like to what?" Haruka pushed. This caused Moshi to stammer even more. "Well...I...oh dang..well..that is... I would like to ask you about relationships," she sighed as she held her head down, hiding the shame on her face. Michiru's lips quirked in a small smirk. "Why don't we move to another table, I have some time now." She stood up and placed her hand on Moshi's shoulder. Dazed, Moshi stood up and followed like a puppy on a leash. As they both settled down at the table, Michiru asked, "So Moshi, what is it do you want to know?" "Well, I wanted to know, you really love Haruka-san don't you?" she asked bluntly. A faint blush appeared on Michiru's cheeks. "Of course, I'd do anything for her." "That's what I thought. I wanted to know, what does it take to keep such a relationship together?" She blinked her large violet eyes. As if searching for some answer in Michiru's face. Michiru was flabbergasted. "Such a relationship...why... how dare you!" Her nostrils flared a bit. Moshi made a gagging sound. "No, no, no! Not in that way! I mean how do you keep a love relationship going! I just want to be sure that once I find Hoshi, I'm not loosing him again!" Michiru's semi-rage flattened into a small smile. "Oh well in that case. There are three things to keep that type of relationship. Trust, Honesty, and of course Love. If you love them, you can openly trust that person and be honest with them". Back at the other table Haruka looked at Moshi's face for cue signals. "I just know she's talking about me!" Makoto and Hotaru laughed. "Oh Haruka-papa, Michiru-mama is just giving Moshi-san a lesson in love!" Haruka almost choked. "I don't want to hear you say that until you're 50!" Hotaru looked at Haruka innocently. "Say what? Love? Haruka covered her eyes and shook her head, while Makoto threw her head back and laughed. Hotaru looked around wondering what was it that she said. * * * * It seemed forever, the young man thought, as he searched his pockets for that small moment that clutched his heart. It was a picture, but not just any picture, a picture of his girlfriend. Continuing to fish around, he finally snagged what he was looking for. Sure the picture was a bit faded, but it still held the same value as it did when it was fresh. The picture showed a young girl with dark hair and violet eyes, wearing a blue and white Juuban high fuku. It was Moshi, his Moshi. Hoshi stopped looking at the picture, for his eyes were starting to betray him. Every night, he relived that hellish nightmare. There was a large blast. Once second she was running with him, the next, gone like a ghost. He screamed her name until his throat nearly closed up on him. "Moshi.. where are you.." He woke up whimpering, his sandy brownish red hair, dampened with night sweats. He wondered what his friend Mamoru was doing, maybe if he could find him, he surely could find her! He ran into his living room, in search of the phone book. He quickly scanned the large book for 'CHIBA'. "Let's see...Chiba Akano, Chiba Himeto, Chiba...MAMORU!" He quickly punched in the numbers, praying he got an answer. "Moshi Moshi, Chiba residence..." * * * * "Arigato, Michiru-san, I'm deeply in debt to you!" Moshi beamed as she gave her friend a hug. "No problem, Mo-chan," Michiru replied as she returned the hug. The two walked back to the first table where Haruka had her eyes covered. Hotaru looked on in pure child innocence, and Makoto had her head back, laughing at Haruka. "What's going on here?" Moshi asked. "Nothing, we gotta go. Remember, we promised Rei we'd meet at her place!?" Makoto said as she jumped up. She patted Haruka on her back and grabbed Moshi by her wrist. As they were leaving they both yelled out, "Matta ne, Minna!" * * * * "You know, I bet she'll miss her own funeral!" Rei said as she glared at her clock. Usagi made a sound. "Bah, she's out with Mako-chan. You know how it is when those two get together." Minako added, "Yeah, they probably went by Setsuna's shop. They were still discussing Moshi and Makoto's outing until Rei's phone rang shrilly in the hall way. "Be right back!" Rei said as she went into the hallway. As she left, Moshi and Makoto made an entrance. "Minna," Moshi said in a singsong voice as she removed her shoes. "today was a good day!" Ami looked up from the table and smiled. Her blue eyes sparkling. "Hi, Moshi, how was the outing today?" "We went past Setsuna's and ran into the Outers!" Moshi said excitedly as she looked to Makoto for agreement. Makoto shook her head as she removed her dress shoes and sat down at the table. Rei busted back into the room. "Minna, that was Mamoru-san, he wants us to come by his apartment now!" Usagi was the first out the door, her ponytails floating behind her. "I'm coming Mamo-chan!" she yelled. Rei and Minako followed closely behind. Ami, Makoto and Moshi closed in. After a terrorizing fifteen minute bus ride, they finally reached their stop in the Azabu area. With Usagi still leading, they ran down the streets to Mamoru's apartment. The six friends nearly tore Mamoru's door down as they pounded upon it. Mamoru rushed to his door, hearing the frantic cries of the girls, with a clean jerk he threw open the door. Six bodies tumbled in, creating a heap. The heap moaned in various voices. He reached down and grabbed the top of the pile. "Midget," he said nervously. "You didn't have to rush over here THAT fast!" Moshi coughed and pushed her ponytail out her face. "Rei said you wanted us over here now!" She started to poke and prod him, checking to see if he was OK. The most she got out of the searching was a small giggle he emitted when she poked him in the stomach. "Mamo-chan, daijoubu!" Usagi said as she finally found her footing. She fussed and raved, while checking Mamoru for damage also. Moshi looked at her brother and wondered what was it that made him call for Rei and the others. A deep voice interrupted her thoughts, a voice she hadn't heard in ages. "Moshi..." Moshi's eyes watered as her hand went to her chest to prevent her heart from jumping from her chest. Slowly she turned, her body somewhat creaking from the slow rotation. She blinked, clearing the stinging tears. Her sight focused on a male form in the doorway. He was wearing plain jeans with a green sweater that matched his eyes. "Hoshi..." she said before darkness surrounded her, claiming her for one of it's own. With a loud thud, her body hit the carpeted floor. Her head bounced as it lobbed about on the floor, causing her hair to spread out like a black cloud. In a flash Hoshi was at her side, gathering her into his arms and putting her on the couch. "Moshi...Moshi.." he said gently into her ear as she slowly shook her. Her eyes fluttered, as she focused on Hoshi's face. "Hoshi!!" she squealed as she wrapped her arms around his neck. Holding on tightly, she felt as if she would never let him go. Soon the elation passed and reality set in. For so long she dreamt of this time. Her body suddenly became wracked with sobs. "Hoshi, I missed you, I love you, you big idiot!" She planted a kiss on his mouth, causing him to blush. A few tears emerged into his green eyes, making them blaze like unearthed emeralds. "I love you too, don't you ever leave me like that again!" Together they stayed, embraced in each others arms for what felt like eternity. Mamoru quietly ushered his visitors out the room into the kitchen. She sniffed and pulled back, getting a view of his face again. "Hoshi," she whispered as she continued to kiss him, tasting his very essence. Hoshi sighed also as he felt his inner being surrender to her kisses. Each kiss felt like a new one. He moaned slightly as he felt her tongue actively searching out for his. Moshi wanted to take every part of him and hold it close, not letting go. She wanted to crawl into his skin and be one with him. "Don't leave me, please be with me forever," she whispered into the hollow of his neck, her breath causing him to shudder slightly. "For eternity," he replied, wrapping his long arms around her, pulling her closer. A loud coughing, interrupted their reunion. They both turned and looked at the source of the cough. Mamoru stood before them, his long arms folded. "Um, Midget.. this is my apartment remember?" Moshi blushed wildly. The nerve of him! "Ano...." she paused, looking at Hoshi who was blushing just as bad. "Isn't there is something you really need to tell him?" he pushed, his blue eyes glittering wickedly. Hoshi raised one brown eyebrow. "What could that be?" He turned to look at her. Moshi jumped off the couch and ran over to Mamoru. She mouthed the words, 'That I'm Sailor Earth' He nodded and turned on his heel and walked back into the kitchen. "Damn you, Ru-chan.." she muttered under her breath. Hoshi folded his arms now, "What is it?" he asked, his voice laced with confusion. "Hoshi, please don't be angry with me. There is a secret I've been keeping from you," she started, twirling her hands in her ponytail. He stood up and walked over to her. "Didn't I say don't do that, you'll go bald?!" he took her ponytail from her hands. Moshi couldn't stand it anymore. "Hoshi, I'm Sailor Earth!" Hoshi's green eyes widened in shock. "You're WHO!?!?!" his voice raised an octave, cracking at the highest pitch. She winced. "Sailor Earth...I'll just show you." She pulled her infinity wand out of her pocket. "Earth Infinite Power....Make up!!!" This time It was Hoshi's turn to hit the floor with a thud. * * * * "The pain...for the love of Kami-sama...someone stop the pain!" Nova hissed through her clinched teeth. For months she hovered in this semi-conscious state, her only link was the pain, the internal, burning pain that Sailor Earth caused when she fused the senshi's powers with her own. "That bitch!" she cursed again, for what seemed the umpteenth time. She had to give her credit, she almost, almost defeated her. Nova promised herself, this time the Earth creep would be the first one blasted. With a chuckled, she remembered the pain etched across the youthful face, as she held her friends lifeless body in her arms. Albeit that did piss her off, making her even more powerful. Pushed on with the pain and rage of her comatose like state, Nova's spirit pressed on. Hoping one day, to finally release her full fury, not on Sailor Moon, but now on Sailor Earth. She knew exactly how to get the bitch. In the dim light of her chamber, Nova smiled, a wicked plan already evolving in her ever conscious mind. * * * * After his initial shock of learning that his girlfriend, future wife, was a Sailor Senshi. Hoshi, suddenly noticed how each of her friends looked like a certain senshi. "You mean Usagi of all people is Sailor Moon!?!" he gasped as he looked at the short girl, who was holding onto Mamoru's arm. He leaped from the couch and rushed over to Mamoru. Making two circles with his fingers, he placed his hands over Mamoru's eyes, creating a mask. "Oh my god Mamoru is Tuxedo Kamen?!" Moshi, who was quietly standing at his side, nodded. "But...tell no one of our secret," Moshi said, her violet eyes glittering hard. "I'd hate to have to think of what must come if the public found out about our identities." Hoshi blinked, for a split second he saw Sailor Earth in her. The warrior who would destroy anything for the sake of her friends. In her eyes and heart, he knew he would come second to anything. A knock at the door, diverted everyone's attention from the matter at hand. Makoto opened the door, and standing on the steps was Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna and Hotaru. She blinked, they rarely stopped by here. "Hi," she said nervously, Setsuna's presence, usually unnerved her. Michiru blinked. "Haruka, what are we doing here?" Haruka shrugged. "I have no idea...Setsuna?" she said, her voice rising in pitch. Setsuna blinked also. "Hey, don't look at me, for once, I am innocent!" Hotaru giggled, causing Makoto to laugh also. The Outers entered the apartment, still trying to figure out why they were at Mamoru's. Hoshi experienced another shock, when he saw the newcomers. He quickly pointed out who Neptune, Uranus, Saturn and Pluto was. "Something's afoul!" Ami cried out, noticing oddly how every senshi was present. "I agree!" Usagi said, finally understanding what the word actually meant. "Maybe I can answer your questions," a voice said. Moshi flinched, she knew who that voice belonged to. "Guardian," Moshi whispered, as a small figure appeared before everyone. The small girl was dressed in the armor of a knight. On each small wrist was a bracer made of gold. She looked like a miniature version of Moshi. Guardian Earth turned her violet eyes onto Moshi. "Moshi, it's time." She threw her hand into the air as a ball of lightning appeared in her small palm. The ball crackled and grew with intensity as it surrounded everyone and lifted them into the air. "Where are we going?!" Moshi said above the shouts of the others. "To my domain," Guardian Earth answered, her youthful face retaining a serious look. As fast as they vanished, they reappeared, only to find themselves in the old golden palace. Moshi gasped, "Ru-chan, remember this place!" She looked around at the gold walls. She walked over to the window, where she could see her garden, still growing. Mamoru responded, "Oh man, I thought I'd never see this place again!" Along with Moshi he walked the room, taking in each memory. Usagi asked, somewhat confused. "What is this place? Did you both live here?" Moshi nodded, her ponytail bobbing. "This is our old palace from long ago!" The tiny guardian placed a hand into the air again. "Enough, Moshi, like I said, it's time." Moshi stopped in mid motion. "Time for what?" "Time, for you to become Sailor Utopia," the guardian replied, her small arms crossed. "This does not sound good. Who do I have to kill this time?" she asked, coping the guardian's gesture. Guardian Earth sighed, "No one, this time you must die." From her scabbard at her side, she unshielded a long glowing rapier. She placed the rapier on the table and walked towards Moshi. "Sailor Utopia is one of your ultimate forms. You cannot become her, until all the evil from your past is purged from you!" she nearly hissed, not really wanting to do this. "Evil?! Nani!?" Moshi squealed, her voice cracking. "Didn't I already kill Mosite?! I remember specifically killing her as Cyber Earth!" Guardian Earth shook her head. "Iie, you only killed her manifestation, she still lives in your heart. To purge her, you must be drained of all lifeblood." Ami spoke up. "Lifeblood? You want us to stab her in the heart?!" "STICK ME WHERE?!" Moshi screamed. "Anyone steps towards me with that and I'll castrate them!" she fumed, she then turned her rage towards the small guardian. "You call yourself a guardian, you want me to commit hara-kiri! What the hell is this, haven't I already been put through enough. And now you want me to GET STUCK!" Moshi ranted for a few more minutes, stomping around, kicking at chairs and table legs. For the first time in a while she released full stream curses. She then started for the doorway, intent on leaving now. The guardian raced over to Moshi. "Don't, you must do this!" "Go to hell and stay there!" Moshi spat over her shoulder as she stomped out of the room. Dashing down the hallway, she ran outside to her old garden where her and Gaia use to have lunch. She threw herself down at the table and started to cry. In the chair across from her, a small ball of light hovered, slowly growing into a figure. Gaia patted Moshi on her shoulder, causing her to jump. "Kaa-san," Moshi said before she collapsed into tears yet again. "I know what guardian said, she was only trying to do her job," Gaia started. "Her job? Her job was to kill me?!" Moshi spat out in rage. "After all this time you still put me through hell, what was I some pet project?!" She glared accusingly at Gaia. Gaia's brown eyes flashed as she reared back and slapped Moshi. "Don't you EVER talk to me in that way ever again." The slap knocked Moshi's head backwards. She stood up and held her cheek. "Don't you EVER hit me like that again! I have every RIGHT to be full fledged mad. You didn't tell me ANYTHING about lifeblood being drained!" Gaia sighed. "I didn't want to tell you, because I knew you wouldn't do it." Moshi started to cry again. "I don't want to die!" Gaia sighed again. "You can never die, we are infinite, your star seed is infinite." Moshi looked down at her feet. "Can't I just stay SuperSailor Earth? I was already in Sailorstar form!" Gaia shook her head. "You must become Sailor Utopia, without her, The true future will never become." Moshi felt the same way she always did when she lost a fight with Gaia. "If I must, then I must." Together they walked back to the room where the senshi and Hoshi were in deep conversation. Their whispering back and forth stopped abruptly when they entered the room. Moshi walked over to the guardian. "Gomen, I didn't mean to yell at you." The small guardian nodded. "I know--" was all she could say, before tears spilled down her cheeks, splashing on her armor. Moshi walked over to the table, where the sword was gleaming. She removed the sword and walked over to Haruka. "Haruka-san, would you?" she pleaded, her eyes shimmering with tears. Haruka reared back in semi-horror. "You want me to stab you?!" Her face twisted in a mixed emotion of pain and anguish. "I can't do that!" Setsuna placed a hand on her shoulder. "She needs someone who can follow through. Mamoru wouldn't be able to do it, it's his sister. Makoto neither, it's her best friend. Usagi, Ami and Minako would be too traumatized to even contemplate doing that." Haruka sighed, "Rei.." "Rei is too close to the situation at hand, she'll crack before she could even get it trough her completely," Setsuna answered, somewhat disengaged from what was happening. Usagi started to freak out at the possibility of Moshi's death. She buried her head in Mamoru's chest sobbing wildly. It took every ounce of Rei's power to get Usagi to calm down. Haruka nodded, she knew that she would be the only one who could do it. Haruka answered Moshi. "Hai, as long as you come back!" She fiercely hugged Moshi and ruffled her hair affectionately. Moshi nodded, tears falling down her cheeks. "Arigato, Haruka-san!" She turned to Michiru and Setsuna. "Please, don't let Hoshi, Ru-chan or Mako-chan watch, it would be too painful--" she paused, her voice thick with tears. Michiru shook her head. "Iie, I can't do that, they deserve to be there just as much as anyone else. I won't let you die alone." Her eyes flashed in total defiance "You're right, Gomen," Moshi said as she walked back towards the table. She nodded at the small guardian. "OK, I'm ready..." Guardian Earth nodded. "Let's begin." She closed her eyes and caused the room to warp and they appeared in the garden. Moshi smiled. "Arigato...my favorite place.." She removed her Jacket and folded it into a nice square. Using the jacket as a pillow, she laid down amongst the roses, inhaling their soft scent. She unbuttoned the three top buttons of her shirt, exposing the soft flesh of her chest. The air caused goose bumps to appear as she shuddered. She pulled her shirt to the left, giving the location of her heart. She looked back at Ami. "Ami-chan, can you hold my head up straight and pin my shoulders down?" Ami nodded, the whole time crying. "Hai, I will.." She settled on her knees, placing them on Moshi's shoulders, keeping them pinned to the ground. "Minako, Rei, please sit on my legs so that I won't buck," Moshi pleaded, more tears spilling down her cheeks. Minako couldn't even talk, because her throat was raw with tears. She quietly straddled Moshi's left leg, pinning them with her weight. Rei followed suit and sat on Moshi's right leg. "Mako-chan...can you sit on my thighs so that my waist won't flop around like a rag doll?" she asked, looking directly into her friend's brilliant green eyes. Makoto stonily walked over and squatted down on Moshi's thighs, her weight, holding them still. "Usagi, help Ami keep my head up. Please.." Usagi wobbled, nearly falling on Ami. Mamoru kneeled down, taking her right hand into his own. "Midget," he whispered, tears already falling down his cheeks. Hoshi grasped her left hand, the hand of her heart. He closed his eyes, trying to put what was going to happen out his mind. He was going to lose her yet again! Setsuna had taken Hotaru over to another side of the field, she was too young to witness what was about to take place here. Michiru already had tears in her eyes, as she walked over to Haruka, who was fighting the urge to cry. She gave Haruka a small kiss on the cheek. She then walked back over to Moshi, who was being pinned and held by her friends. Moshi looked at Haruka. "I'm ready..." She laid her head back. Ami and Usagi held the sides of her face. Ami pushed her weight onto Moshi's shoulders, pinning them to the grass. She felt her legs and thighs push into the ground also as Makoto placed her hands on her waist also. Mamoru and Hoshi gripped both her hands, she could feel both of their heartbeats, beating within a single beat of each other. Haruka put the tip of the blade on Moshi's chest, searching out for the two ribs that the rapier would easily slide through, with less pain. Finding her mark, she closed her eyes as she pushed her weight onto the hilt of the rapier, sending it through Moshi's flesh, into her hungrily beating heart. Moshi let out a gasp that was part astonishment and part pain. Her mouth then dropped open into an unheard scream. She started to thrash, trying to remove the source of pain. Various voices cried out also, trying to keep her under control. She could feel Makoto hugging her waist, her tears falling onto her stomach. All she could see was blue sky, the sky above as birds flew by, not noticing the carnage taking place below. She heard a thud, that was Haruka falling to her knees. Once the pain of the blade's entry faded, there was a constant burning sensation, like she had ate some of Usagi's famous curry. It burned within her soul. The piercing blade, dug itself deeper, emerging from her back. You could hear the rapier squeal as it scratched bone. Usagi collapsed, sobbing loudly. "What have we done...what have we DONE!!!" Ami pulled away also, her tears blurring her vision. Rei looked up clearly, noticing how sickly Moshi looked like a butterfly trapped under pushpins in some kind of examining case. Hoshi felt her grip tightened when the blade entered her heart, she squeezed his hand, as if thanking him for being there. Mamoru felt the blade twist within his own heart, he pitched forward, still clasping her hand in his. Haruka sobbed noisily in Michiru's arms. It wasn't the quiet type sobs, but the deep gut wrenching, heart breaking sobs one cried after feeling the affects of death. Makoto stayed glued to her waist, crying her heart out. Minako toppled over once Moshi stopped thrashing, her throat closing tighter with tears. Over in the other field, they could hear Hotaru's screams of 'Moshi!!!' and Setsuna's soft voice, trying to calm the young girl. Moshi sighed, she could feel death coming quickly. "Minna..." she said softly, causing everyone to stop crying and hover above her. She could feel the soft splashes of tears, falling from every direction. "Aishite..iru..Minna... Hoshi..." She could feel Hoshi's soft lips upon her face, kissing her tears away. As Hoshi placed a kiss on her mouth, Moshi breathed one of her last breaths into his mouth. She sputtered, sending a thin line of blood down the side of her face. Each of the faces above faded slowly out of focus, the last thing she felt was Makoto's lips on her forehead, trying somehow to kiss away the pain. "Itte...marimasu..." she said as she felt the numbness slowly creeping up her body. Her eyes glazed over and her head lolled to the side. Death finally met Moshi and now they were good friends. "Itte irasshai Moshi..." Makoto said softly as she placed a hand over Moshi's eyelids, shutting the light out of the intense violet eyes. The infinity sign appeared on Moshi's forehead, turning into a gossamer flower. The flower bloomed, releasing her star seed. The seed hovered above her body, as if sensing her death. It then turned and floated into Hoshi's hand. Once the seed was safely nestled in his palm, Moshi's body vanished from sight. "Nani?" he asked, looking at the small seed still glowing. Usagi placed a hand on his shoulder. "It is her star seed, the source of her very being. Sailor Senshi star seeds, are immortal. She will return, just take good care of this seed." Hoshi reached into his back pocket, pulling out the small heart shaped locket, he was going to give her. He opened the puff heart and placed the star seed inside. It twinkled as he closed the clasp, encasing the seed in the locket. Oshimai, da yo!
